To all the PPS of SMKTBM:

Since there was no meeting last week (13/11/09), I shall post a few announcements here:

The library and media room will be renovated (diubahsuai) in January 2010. We are going to tile the floor!! So, ALL the library books will have to be kept in boxes (except for the fiction books which will be covered in newspaper), and of course the library and media will be closed during that time. HOWEVER, we do not know the exact date of renovation, so all PPS must continue doing their duty until it is announced.

The PA System unit will be separated from Lembaga PPS starting next year. This means that the PA students will be called ‘Lembaga PA System’ and they will have their own Pengerusi etc. They will have different duty times, different meetings, and in the future, if they take in new PA people, they will be normal students. For those PPS in PA, they will still be PPS, ie. they can still join in PPS activities eg. Bulan PPS. This will be further explained in the next meeting.

For the juniors, orientation is scheduled in January, so please be prepared for it. The interview session will probably be held right after orientation.

Farewell Party 2009

On the 6^th of Nov 2009,the librarians held a farewell party for the Form 5 seniors who are going to graduate soon and will be leaving us. The objective of this party is to let the new AJK 2009/2010 learn how to cooperate with each other and make a party that will be unforgettable.Not only that,this party is held to thank the Form 5 seniors for their contribution that they have done all this years.

This farewell party was quite successful. The party was held in the library and started about 12.45 p.m. People who are involved are:

It started with a speech from Pn.Hamidah and then a token of appreciation was given by Pn.Joginder to The form 5's .Later,teacher was invited to go to the from to take their lunch and sit down to enjoy a slide show that was made for the form 5's.Not only that,there were games too,everybody took part and enjoyed themselves.After games,food for the PPS was provided behind which was really nice thanks to those who were incharged of food.Everything ended about 2.10 p.m.

Congratulations to all the PPS that worked hard for this party and hope next year will be a better one.Keep it up.

We wish all the form 5's luck in their SPM and hope that they can score with flying colours.We also hope that they would come back and visit us anytime because we are one big happy family !

Hey people!!

This blog is specially created for the Pengawas Pusat Sumber (Resource Centre Prefects, or otherwise commonly known as the abbreviation ‘PPS’) of SMK Taman Bukit Maluri. It is basically what PPS is all about, minus all the protocols and formalites. J

We hope to give all students an insight of who we are and what we do, and also to treasure all our sweet memories together in this organization through this blog. There is nothing like good ol’ photos of past experiences to put a smile on your face! Of course, we plan to keep in touch with our ex-seniors, as well as use this blog to share our experiences with the generations of PPSes to come.

May this blog bring the PPS of SMKTBM to greater heights!!
