To all the PPS of SMKTBM:
Since there was no meeting last week (
- The library and media room will be renovated (diubahsuai) in January 2010. We are going to tile the floor!! So, ALL the library books will have to be kept in boxes (except for the fiction books which will be covered in newspaper), and of course the library and media will be closed during that time. HOWEVER, we do not know the exact date of renovation, so all PPS must continue doing their duty until it is announced.
- The PA System unit will be separated from Lembaga PPS starting next year. This means that the PA students will be called ‘Lembaga PA System’ and they will have their own Pengerusi etc. They will have different duty times, different meetings, and in the future, if they take in new PA people, they will be normal students. For those PPS in PA, they will still be PPS, ie. they can still join in PPS activities eg. Bulan PPS. This will be further explained in the next meeting.
- For the juniors, orientation is scheduled in January, so please be prepared for it. The interview session will probably be held right after orientation.
